The Admission Process

Admissions will be processed in person, together with parents at MVJ Degree College

Applicants may apply online/offline for the programme on the college website / at college before the date of applications officially closes.

Application deadlines for each programme will close approximately a week before the scheduled commencement of the classes.

The following documents are mandatory to be uploaded on the online application form:

  • Copy of statement of marks of class 10 & 11
  • Class 12 Board result.
  • A recent passport size photograph soft copy (3.5 cm x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background not more than 100 kb)
    Note: Hard copy scanned or self taken images will lead to rejection of application
  • Study/Bonafide Certificate of Class 10 & 12 from the institution
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) of Class 12 from the last qualified institution
  • Migration Certificate of Class 12 (applicable for all candidates except Karnataka state board applicants)
  • Valid ID proof (Aadhar Card)
  • Photo Passbook of running Bank Account (Scheduled Public Sector Banks, Scheduled Private Sector Indian Banks and Regional Rural Banks only)
  • Certificate from the previous institution on letter head not dated more than 3 months
  • Parent/Guardian Proof - Aadhar Card

Note:
It is required to have all the original marks cards available and a photo identity card for verification at any stage of the admission process.
